At Snippy’s Yard, we put a lot of heart into delivering healthy, happy plants across Perth. As plants are living things, our refund policy specifically covers plants that are unhealthy upon arrival. If you have concerns about the condition of your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assist you quickly, please email hello@snippysyard.com.au with your order number and photos of the plants in question. Our expert team will assess your query and work with you to find a solution.

Due to pests and diseases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of our plant products.

OTHER PRODUCTS

If your product is faulty, We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

To make a return, please email your order number to hello@snippysyard.com.au and we will help you with a refund of your order.
