Chamelaucium 'Local Hero'

Chamelaucium ‘Local Hero’ is a small rounded wax flower shrub featuring masses of glossy red buds in mid-winter followed by an abundance of pink flowers in mid-spring. The flowers are complimented nicely by the green, fine foliage.

‘Local Hero’ tolerates hot, dry conditions and has a low water requirement once established. Geraldton Wax hybrid.

80cms high x 1-1.5 metres wide

Prune after flowering to maintain shape. Feed with a native fertiliser in Spring.
